Google Plus page created, sharing added to blog

I started a Google Plus page which is called Reiss Family but I know very little about Google Plus including how to share the address of the page. If you are using Google Plus and are able to search it, it is simply listed as Reiss Family. The Facebook page still isn't updated. I will let you know when (or if) it is and if it never does get updated and I see more interest in posting, I'll start a new one!

I have also added sharing buttons at the bottom of each blog post and on the Reiss homepage itself in case you want to share any of these items with family or friends!

Remembering a Reiss ancestor on Veteran's Day

Greetings, attached are two records of the seven months our great grandfather, Frank Reiss, served with the Illinois 31st Infantry Regiment during the Civil War. The first 2.5 pages are the official government summary and the balance were written 35 years later by members of that unit. Several of the statements which impressed me are highlighted in yellow.
